Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Elite Venture Properties LLC ("EV Properties", "we", "us") is a RERA-registered real estate brokerage in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating from Office 501, Emirates Sports Hotel, Dubai Sports City, Dubai. 2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number.
  • Property requirements: budget, preferred communities, unit type, purpose (buy, rent, sell, invest), timeline.
  • Listing details when you list a property with us: address, title deed or Ejari details, ownership documents, photographs.
  • Identity documents required by Dubai Land Department, RERA and UAE anti-money-laundering rules when a transaction proceeds (passport, Emirates ID, visa, proof of address).
  • Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referring campaign, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, arrange viewings and match you with suitable Dubai properties.
  • To market a property you have listed with us on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle, and on our own channels.
  • To prepare tenancy contracts, Form A/B/F agreements, MOUs and other documents required by Dubai Land Department.
  • To meet legal obligations, including RERA licensing rules, Trakheesi advertising permits and UAE AML/KYC requirements.
  • To send you market updates and new listings where you have asked for them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.

4. Advertising, analytics and cookies

We run campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok. These platforms may set cookies or pixels on our site to measure conversions and to show you relevant property ads. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for site analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for performance monitoring. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalised ads through each platform's ad settings.

5. Who we share it with

  • Our CRM and lead-management providers, which host enquiry data on our behalf.
  • Property portals when we market your property, and developers when you reserve an off-plan unit.
  • Dubai Land Department, RERA, Ejari, banks, conveyancers and other parties needed to complete a transaction.
  • Government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on contractual safeguards consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept while we are actively assisting you and for up to three years after our last contact. Transaction records are kept for at least five years as required by UAE real estate and AML regulations. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to marketing, or to receive a copy of the data you provided. Email info@evproperties.ae and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

9. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections and staff training. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents over unencrypted channels unless we ask for them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
